Ratio Studio is run by Gareth Parsons. I only collect the information needed to reply to enquiries, provide the local visibility check, understand how the site is being used, and run the business properly.

If you contact me, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, website, business details, and the message you send. If you use the local visibility check, I may collect the website address you enter and the information needed to produce the check.

how I use it

I use this information to reply to you, provide the service you asked for, keep basic business records, improve the website, and understand which pages are being used.

analytics

If you allow optional cookies, I use Google Analytics to understand which pages are being used. Analytics is not loaded unless you accept optional cookies.

I keep a minimal record of analytics cookie choices, using a random consent reference that is not connected to your name or email, so I can show that your choice was respected.

who handles the data

The site may use trusted services such as Netlify, Google Analytics, email providers, and form or database tools where needed. I do not sell personal information.
